To some, French cuisine is most famous for its desserts: from souffle and Creme Brulee to Chocolate Mousse and Mille-Feuille, or even Tarte Tatin (the famous inverted Apple tart) and French Macarons. While you can learn how to make all of these French pastries with us, this particular class will focus on Chocolate Souffle, Creme Brulee, and Crepes Suzette.
More than just a dessert recipe, we will share tips and tricks so you can better master the pastry arts. Private Full-Day Boat Tour in Arcachon Bay + Oyster Tasting
Embark on a private “pinasse” – the traditional boat from Arcachon Bay. Cruise along the Cap Ferret Peninsula villages, and discover the bird island, tchanquées huts, and oyster beds.
There is a possibility to stop and have an oyster tasting with a local producer, at a cabin by the water’s edge (oysters and wine to be paid on the spot) or to stop and enjoy the coast to have a picnic, swim, or walk around and explore.

During this 2h30 workshop, a professional will share with you the basics of cheesemaking and all the tips and tricks that will help you create it at home!
At the cheese shop, you will be welcomed by an English-speaking cheese expert. He or she will guide you to the back room of the fromagerie and provide you with your tools for the day: an apron and raw milk!
Guided by passionate experts you will learn the basics of making cheese. Throughout the workshop, we will teach you how to make a tasty butter, perfect mozzarella, or a fresh cheese that you could age – or eat right away!
