Day 1: Ajaccio
Arrival in Ajaccio
Ajaccio, the “imperial city”, was founded by the Genoese and has preserved a rich cultural heritage and enjoys a particularly mild climate. With its cobblestone alleys, impressive monuments, and its picturesque citadel, the city is a veritable treasure chest for history and culture lovers. Sumptuous townhouses, palaces, and churches adorn the birth town of Napoleon Bonaparte who is still omnipresent.
Do not miss a stroll through the city’s colorful markets.
Pick Up of your Rental Car at the Airport Ajaccio
A rental car (category N: Renaut Scenic or similar) will be available to you for 7 days, allowing you to move freely and comfortably around the island. On the day of departure drop off the vehicle at the airport.
Day 2: Porto
The Scandola Nature Reserve and Snorkeling in the Gulf of Porto,
Explore the Scandola Nature Reserve, Calanches de Piana, the Gulf of Porto, and Girolata. The remote reserve is unspoiled by manmade development and designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is home to diverse, endemic flora and fauna. Pay attention to the bids you see here, the eagle fisherman (spray) and falconer are endangered species.
You’ll get the opportunity to snorkel in this magnificent place. Your instructor and guide will give you a brief lesson and share fins, a mask, and a snorkel.
Day 3: Corte
Donkey-ride to Nino Lake
Nino Lake is a beautiful oasis with Pozzini (water-filled holes) where wild animals graze.
Departure from the Fontaine de Caroline, head onto the Donkey Trail up to the pass of Saint Pierre, and then to the Lake of Nino

Day 4: Saint-Florent
Outdoor Adventure Course for Families
The adventure course is designed for kids, accompanied by a parent, or for first-timers. Test yourself and see Corsica’s beauty from above the ground. With the supervision of our guides, you’ll cross rope bridges, climb, and fly on ziplines up to 20 meters from the ground! test your balance on many workshops.
Day 5: Col de Bavella - Zonza
Guided Half-day Hike to the “Trou de la Bombe”
Hike through one of the most fascinating mountain sceneries Corsica has to offer. You will go right into the heart of the Regional Natural Park via the impressive Col de Bavella mountain pass. Craggy peaks, mighty cliffs, and wind-bent pine trees await.
Day 6: Bonifacio - Propriano
Half-day catamaran cruise in Bonifacio
This half-day of sailing takes you to the Lavezzi, Cavallo and Ratino Islands or the cliffs of Bonifacio. Stop for a swim in Corsica’s heavenly isolated beaches for all ages. Masks, snorkels, and paddleboards are included. Along the way, you can help set the sails, take in the seascapes, or watch the dolphins.
Day 7: Ajaccio
Return to Bastia Airport
Unfortunately, it’s already time to say goodbye. Return your rental car to the airport.
