Day by Day
Day 1: Nice - La Croix-Valmer
Transfer from Nice
A chauffeur will meet you at Nice (airport or city) and drive you safely to your accommodation in a premium vehicle.
Day 2: Saint Tropez - La Croix-Valmer
Full-day private guided tour of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez wine region
Discover the oldest wine-growing region in France through a walk in the vineyards, a visit to the wine cellars and an introduction to wine tasting. Whether they are located next to the sea or on the plains, whether they belong to small family farms or large estates, each winery produces wines of a particular type. There is so much to discover between a walk in Saint Tropez or a swim in the Mediterranean sea.
Your local wine-loving guide is ready to share her passion and show you the hidden side of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. At the heart of the Côtes de Provence AOC (appellation d’origine contrôlée), there are exceptional terroirs only a stone’s throw away from the most renowned beaches of the French Riviera.
Today you will visit three wineries. The majority of the wines produced here are rosés, but you can also discover powerful red wines and tangy white wines. Walk through the vineyards while your guide talks about the region, its history and the secrets of its wine-making tradition. Enjoy an authentic meal in a small local winery. End your tour of the estate with a picnic (in the vineyard or the cellar, depending on the weather). Try some regional specialties (charcuteries, cheeses, tabouleh, salad, tapenade, fougasse) paired with wines from the area.
Day 3: Nice
Transfer to Nice
A chauffeur will meet you at your accommodation and drive you safely to Nice in a premium car.
Half-Day Private Nice Street Food Tour
In this tour, you will get to sample local street food specialties and get inside tips on Nice’s best places to eat and drink and learn how Nice’s ancient history and culture has shaped its cuisine
Nice is the only city in France that is famed for its street food, a result of the strong Italian influence here. Many of the snacks sold at the Cours Saleya market and in the Old Town’s street food stands would have been eaten by workers to calm mid-morning hunger pangs: a tradition known as la merenda.
During this fascinating three-hour tour, you will learn about the history of Nice and its food and taste such unexpected delicacies as pissaladière (caramelized onion tart), socca (chickpea pancake), fougasse (Provençal flatbread), and tourte de blettes (a sweet pie with a surprise ingredient). Of course, you will have an opportunity to sample the local wine!
Day 4: Nice
Half-Day E-bike Private Guided Vineyard Tour
During this tour, you will discover a local vineyard on the Bellet Hill, second oldest Wine Appellation in France (AOP given in 1941). The “Chateau de Cremat” vineyard is the most beautiful one with its specific cellars built by the Romans and still used to keep the Oak barrels. The wine produced there is made by organic process and you will taste the three colors of them.
From Nice Port, after a ride along the sea on the famous “Promenade des Anglais” you will start going up to Bellet hill for a ride of one hour on a small and quiet road (including a few stops for taking pictures and relaxing!)
Then after arriving at the vineyard, a commented visit at the winery and in the cellars will be given with a three colors wine taste. After this one-hour visit at the domain, you will be riding back down to nice on a fun downhill ride to join the seafront!
Day 5: Nice

You will learn to make Italian meringue and two different fillings, and master techniques including macaronage, piping, and filling under expert guidance. You will be provided with a PDF recipe booklet, along with a box of your creations.
