Discover the vibrant city of Marseille during this full-day tour. As the second largest city in France and recognized as one of the earliest settlements, Marseille has a rich history dating back to its founding by the Greeks 6 centuries BC. Oppède is certainly one of the most authentic and preserved villages of the Luberon. Built on a rocky spur, in a rugged setting of forests, combes and rocks, it contemplates a landscape of vineyards, olive trees, oaks and always keeps an eye on the surrounding perched villages.

During this day, you will immerse yourself in medieval and spiritual Provence with the Rhône River as a cornerstone. Your driver-guide will pick you up at your hotel with your guide for the day.

The first stop will be Avignon. Situated on the rock of Doms, overhanging the Rhône River, the Popes’ Palace is one of the largest and most important medieval Gothic buildings in Europe.
