In Paris, celebrating La Fête Nationale is a full-day affair. The festivities begin in the morning, with the traditional military parade on the Avenue des Champs Elysées. Spectators, including the French president line the Avenue and crowds extend all the way to the Musée du Louvre. In the evening, near the Eiffel Tower is the place to be. People gather to watch a concert starting at 9:15 pm.
