Suggestion: visit of the coastal city of Antibes
At 30 kilometers ride from your accomodation you can visit the city of Antibes located near Cannes.
You will have the opportunity to visit the magnificent coastal path, but also the picturesque Port Vauban, the Pablo Picasso Museum, the Fort Carré, the old city walls, and the Provencal market where you can make your purchases in gourmet products.
The entry price of 6 euros for the museum Pablo Picasso is not included in the price of the travel package.
Suggestion: visit the city of Cannes
Only 15 min by car from Antibes, go and visit Cannes and it's mythical Promenade de la Croisette, the fortified monastery, and the Palais des Festivals,that hosts the Cannes film festival. The palaces carry on until the end of the Croisette where the legendary Palm Beach casino awaits you.
The entry price of 6 euros for the "Palais des festivals" is not included in the price of the travel package.

Day 5: Saint Tropez - Hyères - île de Porquerolles - Grimaud - Marseille l'Estaque
Suggestion: free visit of Saint-Tropez
Visit Saint-Tropez and it's famous Escalet beach in the small village of Ramatuelle located close to Saint-Tropez.
You will have the opportunity to swim in a beautiful sea of Azure colour. After the beach you can go to the famous port of Saint-Tropez where you will admire luxury yachts.
Suggestion: discover the beautiful island of Porquerolles
On the way to Saint Tropez (1,5 hours drive from Marseille) you will arrive to Giens.
After parking your car at La Tour Fondue in Giens-Hyères, you can take the shuttle that will bring you to one of the most beautiful islands in the south of France. You can rent a bike or just take a walk to admire the island's preserved natural heritage.
If you prefer relaxing, you might go to the popular beach Notre Dame. You can also visit the port of the island, and the beautiful Saint-Agathe fort.
The ferry takes about 1 hour 20 per journey and the price is 19.50 euros (total) - the entry price of 4 euros for the Sainte-Agathe fort are not included in the travel package.

Day 6: Marseille l'Estaque - Marseille Vieux-Port - Cassis - Marseille l'Estaque
Explore the local neighborhood with your host Michele
On your first day, Michele will take you down to the nearby l’Estaque and explain the wonderful history of one of the prettiest parts of Marseille. This area has provided inspiration to many painters such as Cezanne and Braque. She will share her local knowledge and give you her tips on getting around to ensure you make the most of your stay in Marseille.

Suggestion: Audioguided visit of the MuCEM museum 20 minutes ride from your accomodation enjoy a unique walk between the stories of the city of Marseille, the architecture of Fort Saint John recently restored and the contemporary building MuCEM built by Ruddy Ricciotti . The show path is like a bridge that connects the time of the founding of the city by the Greeks until the twenty-first century. You then lose in corridors, gardens scents and you will reach the most beautiful view of the city of Marseille. Duration: about 1 hour – the MuCEM is open every day of the week except Tuesday – commentaries in French, German, Italian, English, Spanish.
Suggestion: visit of the Cassis calanques
Visit the beautiful city and calanque of Cassis. The calanques of Cassis are a protected natural maritime area where you will be able to swim and enjoy the sun. You will also enjoy a walk through the harbour of the city.

Day 7: Marseille l'Estaque - Bellegarde - Pont du gard - Avignon - Bellegarde

You can start by visiting the beautiful Pont d’Avignon and then going inside the city to visit the Palace of the Popes that stands as the mighty symbol of the church’s influence throughout the western Christian world in the 14th century. Day 8: Camargue - Vic la Gardiole - Bellegarde
Guided Tour: Discovery tour of the preserved natural park of "Camargue"
A 20 min drive from your accomodation, you will find the Camargue Regional Natural Park which extends over an area of 85,000 hectares.
With an experienced guide, visit the Camargue Park from the inside with a specialist and discover the incredible fauna and flora. You will have the chance to observe several species of birds including the highly anticipated flamingo.
For over 20 years, the Camargue Regional Park will provide oversight and carries a mission of preserving the species, thus making the site the largest colony of flamingos in the Western Mediterranean during the nesting period.
You will also have the time to see a bull farm and many traditional Camargue horses.
(The southeast of the Camargue delta is famous for the exploitation of salt. Today, the vast area drawn by the salt with colorful shades presents an ecological and landscape interest)

Meeting with a small producer of Bio Muscat Frontignan
1 hour drive from the Camargue national parc, in a corner of paradise, located on the hills facing the ponds and the sea, against the scrubland of the Gardiole mount, Olivier, a passionate winemaker and a partisan of responsible agriculture, he produces organic wines (Frontignan muscat, red wine hills of Moure, ...) in respect of the land, he performs a quality craftsmanship, which didn’t stop him to innovate and look for new tastes.
It is with pleasure that Olivier will welcome you to discover the area and production: you will begin with a tour of the old vines against the scrubland of the Gardiole. There, he will explain his expertise and specifics of his vines. Then back into the cellar to see the different vinification. Then we will install on the terrace of Mazet facing the sea to enjoy some of my productions: He will take this opportunity to show you some pictures showing the different stages of his work with the family on the farm.
Each person will walk away with a free bottle of their choice (dry or sweet muscat or red or rosé wine). A good time will certainly make you want to return.

Have a look at the Comédie square, formely known as ‘place de l’œuf’ because of it's egg-shaped design and the fact that cars drove around it. Today It is the symbol of the city, the tourists’ favorite postcard but also the lively beating heart of the pedestrian centre. On its yellow paving, Montpellier people arrange to meet at the foot of the three graces statue and street artists demonstrate their talent as mime artists, magicians and even break-dancers.

In an ideal location in the Place du Marché and opening onto the Marina, the Suffren Hôtel is perfectly situated for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is an affiliated member of the Relais du Silence chain, which includes a number of similarly welcoming and hospitable establishments set in a peaceful, unspoilt environment. In September 2002, Port Grimaud was added to the 20th century Heritage list.

Stay in a beautiful villa overlooking the Bay of Marseille in the historic l’Estaque quarter of Marseille. The guest suite has sea views and sleeps two to four people (one double room and one small room). There is a private bathroom, but the toilet is separate and shared with your host. You will have access to the spacious living rooms and swimming pool which all have fantastic views of the sea, and be made to feel like a family friend. A continental breakfast is provided including homemade jam and local honey. The villa is a 15 minutes drive from the TGV station and Marseille airport, and 10 minutes from Saint Charles train station. There is a regular boat service which takes you from l’Estaque Port to the Vieux Port in 10 minutes. Bed linen, towels, wifi and private parking included.
